We usually reply within two working days. During exam weeks and holidays it can take a little longer, but no message is ignored.
Where we are
VYTA is run from Deventer in the Netherlands. We work online only, so there is no shop or office to visit.

Are you a perfume brand, a niche house or an online shop? We are open to sending samples for review and to affiliate partnerships, as long as they fit our audience of young, curious fragrance lovers.
We especially like hearing from smaller and independent brands with affordable price points, since those are often the hidden gems our readers are looking for.
Please note that we never sell positive reviews. Products we test are judged on the same honest criteria as everything else on the site, and paid partnerships are always clearly labelled.

Can you recommend a perfume for me personally?
Yes, within reason. Tell us which scents you already own or enjoy, your budget and when you plan to wear it, and we will suggest two or three directions to explore.
Do you sell or ship perfume?
No. VYTA does not hold any stock. We link to trusted online shops, and your order, delivery and returns are handled by that shop.
I found a mistake in an article. What now?
Thank you for spotting it! Send us the link and a short description. We check every correction and update the page as soon as possible.
When will the fragrance quiz be ready?
We are testing the questions right now. Ask to be notified by email and you will be among the first to try it.
